Rebecca Hoffmann supports leaders and teams with practical, systemic development.

I’m Becca — a coach, trainer and learning designer focused on helping people grow at work and in life with more clarity, confidence and useful momentum.

I grew up in Southern California and have spent the last decade living and working across Germany and Switzerland. Today I support organisations and individuals in Zurich, Munich and international settings where leadership, collaboration and change need to work in real life, not just on paper.

That experience shapes the way I design leadership workshops, leadership journeys, team development formats and systemic coaching engagements: practical, commercially grounded and built for application inside real organisations.

I studied Learning Sciences Psychology at LMU Munich, exploring how people and organisations adapt, learn and build resilience. That same question still drives my work: how do we create environments where people feel empowered, engaged and capable of leading through complexity?

As a certified systemic coach (DVCT), I bring a down-to-earth style that combines warmth, structure and practical relevance. Whether I’m facilitating a leadership workshop, shaping a leadership journey, running leadership personality profiling or coaching one-to-one, the work is designed to be reflective, clear and actionable.
